    The photo shopped photos are unrealistic and the young ladies that come to the site will get the bad idea. Sending the wrong message. NO one looks like that get real!

      Richard Hendricks : About 40% of the women I see at my gym look just as toned as this. If you are determined it isn’t as hard as one might think.

      Anonymous : Yes that is deffinately photo shopped and just like the way they have models in their commercials trying to sell their weight loss products trying to get your money.

      Elizabeth Martineau : Hi. I’m sorry I just had to say this. That is me in that picture. My sister came across this site. Not sure if it was allowed to be used on this site or ... See more not. It was a dance picture from a personal shoot I did to have pictures for myself. NOT for commercial reasons. I dance for a professional dance company. I dance in rehearsal 7 hours M-F and then I teach 16+ hours week. It is my job to be in shape or I will get fired.

      I am constantly moving and I eat clean and vegetarian. I have a degree in behavioral science and health and another BS in nutrition. It is very doable. Just takes complete dedication and major life changes. Some is genetics too. You have to learn how to listen to your body and learn what works and what doesn’t.
