Honey, when i was 12 i weighted 198. Now i am 17 && i weight 144. I know its hard too lose weight.. But just stop feeling guilty about eating like you did something wrong.
Before you eat see if you actually wanna eat or if its cause you see it there. If you don’t eat pork && drink a lot of fatty drinks you will lose weight. Start drinking a lot of green tea. && don’t eat after a certain time. Trust me it will all change for you. Just get more active.

I agree I’m 14 and was 200lbs just be more active and eat/drink less fatty foods and be energetic and eat healthy

@Jorden Parker, it’s now what you eat, it’s how you eat it. + you need ot exercise…ie.. I follow the AWL plan
and it’s done wonders for me, lost more than 40lbs in a month on it.
