Not only will it help with your fitness, it’s also a social thing. Maybe make new friends that won’t judge you on the way you look!

I’ve been trying to lose weight for YEARS but only by changing my diet. I’ve grown to be a very conscious person about what I eat. But you need to really excersize and CUT THE BREAD. Bread is always the weakness. So, eat your heart out (not really) with fruits and veggies. Get those really good proteins in and go jogging after school or even get together with some friends and have a silly dance party. I’m planning on losing weight over the summer. I’m going to go jogging with my friends and do some weights. (The weights will help a lot with toning your muscles) We are going to have a good time with it. Just, keep in mind what you eat, (no junk-food) and be active, but more importantly, have fun. These are some years we will never get back, and we shouldn’t waste them. Lose the weight you want, but enjoy it. <3

Right now I weigh a bit more than then and thats because I don’t exercise as much as I used too and also because I tweld on the fact that I wasnt skinny. My suggestion you is tojust keep exerciseig and drinking water when ever you can! Weight losss is not a fast process :/ but when you take the time to fix your eating habits and exercise routines you build a better you. Don’t let yourself get caught up on how everyone looks around you. They like you for who you are, not how much you weigh. I hoped this helps!
