56. Use the tape measure to track your progress
Sometimes, when you start working out in the gym, your weight stays the same, as the muscles you develop weigh more than that fat you have burnt off. So it might be very discouraging to not see that little arrow budge. So, to see your progress, you might want to start measuring yourself with the tape measure to see how many inches have melted off your waist, hips, arms and legs.
