53. Take "before" and "after" pictures to track your progress
You might hate your before pictures, I know, I did, but it's something we just need to do to see the realistic portrait of what our body looks like at the moment and what needs to be changed. Just think of it as a starting point, not something permanent and think of how different this picture will be in just a few months when you reach your weight goal! I now find it the most motivating to check out my old before and after pictures. And so will you!
