45. When it comes to losing weight, make the weekends count
Most of us are so looking forward to some lazy time on the weekend, but why not throw in some fun activities, if you are set on losing weight? When there's free time, there's always a choice of how we spend it. So, one of my favorite fastest ways to lose weight is choosing fun, new activities that will involve some moving around, that would both help to unwind AND burn some calories. Wether you go biking, hiking, walking, swimming or any activity of this kind, or simply go to the gym, you'll be doing yourself a huge favor by not putting off your weight loss program for 2 entire days! Add those weekends up and you'll see you'll be missing almost a week of exercise every month if not doing anything on the weekends.
