		<description>I really need to work on this, it&#039;s SO easy to get wrapped up in the intensity of life and forget to eat properly. I usually try to have the 5 small meals but it&#039;s sometimes hard to fit into a busy schedule and becoming difficult to maintain on a budget that is becoming tighter. I&#039;ll eventually figure it out though...hopefully. ;-)
