Caused by stress, hormonal imbalance, nutrients deficiencies can lead to headaches. They can cause spasm of blood vessels that in turn can lead to reduction of blood flow and oxygen supply to the brain. In extreme cases severe disruption of blood and oxygen supply results in a stroke.
5. Real migraine or classic migraine …
(Not to be confused with intense headaches, but considered fake migraine) is caused by excessive dilation of blood vessels in the head. Usually sufferers have warning symptoms before the onset of the pain – for about a few minutes. They include blurring or bright spot in the vision, fatigue, nausea and others.
So if you started having headaches way more often then once every 3-4 months without any visible reason then it’s not time to take stronger pain killers, but it’s time to think about the source of the headache.

Diar Venx – the headache you are described mostly looks like a migraine type of a headache which is usually correlated with different circulation problems( too much blood supply to specific area of the brain or too low blood supply) To find out – you have to undergo some tests. By now you can perform you own test. When you start to feel a pain try to hold a piece of ice on your occipital area for 15-20 min ( it’s kind of small gap in the place where your neck ends and your scalp begins. Then take an ice off and if your pain subsides for the next 30 min – you have a low blood supply – that means it’s not a real migraine but just symptomatic. In this case it’s a good idea to start taking something that can improve circulation.

Maysa – first of all stop even thinking of having a brain cancer – it does not really exist. Ask your mom. You have the right to know what’s going on with you. And before you get the answer from doctors don’t worry so much – our diseases are really depend of what we are thinking.

OK Maysa. I was sure you do not have something really serious.
To help yourself to relax you can start taking some very specific amino acid that comes from green tea – THEANINE 100 mg – one in the morning on empty stom and one at night before sleep. It can relax and improve the memory and concentration at the same time. It’s called learning acid quite often.
