When you do this, you’ll realize that: you snack a lot, you’re not eating enough fruits and veggies, you spend too much on junk food - and your diet is not varied enough.
There’s one really funny comment from an online user about how he uses Google spreadsheets to track down what he/she eats. I guess it does make a twisted kinda sense if you spend half of your time on your computer anyway.
As for me, I’m the paper-and-pen journal kind of gal, so I will stick to literally listing down the food that I’ll eat for a week and surprise myself at how much fat I can lose by eliminating all the junk in my diet.
