5 Blog Posts About Movies to Watch Out For …

With the advent of the Internet and celebrity blogging, we can now know about movies before the first trailer is released. Some people may not like seeing photos of the actors filming the scenes but they just make me want to see the movies even more. Besides, these photos offer us a glimpse at how movies are made, something that has always fascinated me. The following are some films that I and some celebrity bloggers I love think are interesting and definitely worth watching.

1. Burton’s Alice in Wonderland

What do you get when you hand a script to Tim Burton and Johnny Depp? A brilliant movie, that’s what. Add to that Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, and one of my favorite stories and you’ve got yourself a truly unforgettable movie experience. Honestly, if it were another director making Alice In Wonderland, I would not be this excited. Click here for more teaser photos from the movie.

Even though Angelina’s thin arms look weird when she’s holding a gun and doing action scenes, I still love her as an action movie star. I have a feeling that this movie will make millions. Personally, I’d watch this because I love spy stories. There is nothing like watching a woman do things that you can only dream of doing, and still look drop-dead gorgeous.

3.The Runaways

Much to my boyfriend’s chagrin, I’ve been listening to Joan Jett’s “I Love Rock and Roll” over and over again for days now. Probably because I’ve been seeing prodcution photos of this movie all over the Internet. Bad hair and funny makeup aside, I think this would be a great film. It’s Dakota and Kristen on the big screen all over again. I would not be surprised if they come out as great friends after this movie.

4. David Fincher’s Facebook Movie

All right, I don’t think a movie about a social networking site would be interesting but if David Fincher is making it, I’ll be waiting in anticipation for its release. David Fincher is one of the greatest directors  of this generation, in my opinion. He  can make a movie about the most boring subject in the universe and it would still come out interesting. It might even become a classic.

5. Morning Glory

I can’t wait to see this because Rachel McAdams is just so cute. She may not have blockbuster films all the time but I think that she is an underrated actress. Her new film, Morning Glory, sounds like a chickflick that I would definitely enjoy watching with my girlfriends.

How about you? What upcoming movies are you most excited to see?

Out of these, number 1 intrigues me the most. Though I’m dying to see 500 Days of Summer. I’m counting down the days until it hits theaters. Oh, and the new Harry Potter, of course! :)
