Today will be blog-lite.
It amazes me, in reading previous entries in this blog, how many of the plans or dreams I had are irrelevant now.
Nobody responded to my question from yesterday about whether I should take the woman with whom there were no sparks on a second date. I ask another question: should I add some sort of talk-back board on the site, like Val, Amanda, or Tamara and Allie

I had a date last night. She was sweet, nice, and cute, and there were no sparks whatsoever (our interests are very different). I’m debating on how to handle this. I told her we should try one more time before making a decision.
My Sunday was rather boring (I wasn’t invited to any birthday parties. *Sniff*), but I ended up hanging out in a bar with some women I knew through the stand-up comedy that I do. I kind of expected this sort of thing to happen. A man cannot espouse the bile that I have and not expect a response. However, in a deeper reading of her blog, I am not attacked directly (which is more what I expected), but rather she criticizes the habits of the “average” man. Since I am not the “average” man, this doesn’t affect me.

I went once again to the Comedy Social last night (even stopped by Drinking and Thinking at Dempsey’s, but nobody noticed). It’s a well-run operation and much fun. I just wish it didn’t run so late. I think I’ll give them an audition tape soon.
