Ok, so year and a half, two years ago, I dated this guy. We went out for eehhh 8, 9 months, we were crazy for each other and just insane teenagers in love LOL. But I screwed everything up when I was having a terrible day and we decided to “take a break”. That being said, we stopped talking. For at least 6 months. It was 6 months of hell. This guy (his nickname will be Chicken)…okay so CHICKEN is a guy who i really like alot. i think about him everyday and just cant get his image out of my head. So anyway the story is this…
He’s liked me since the beginning of this school year. the day he told me he liked me was wonderful for me at first. we both admitted our feelings. the problem was that his best friend is a girl…and i thin she is TOTALLY jelous of me. she doesnt accept me and she makes fun of me all the time…
Now CHICKEN’S flirting was SOOO obvious to EVERYONE…EXCEPT his bff…(the jelous girl)…she just cant accept that he likes me. I said no =( for one reason…because im not ready for another relationship. hey, if you really like a guy/girl its always good to be yourself and concerntrate on your good point and not bad points! If you have good eyes, girls can use makeup to enhance them and make the crush realise! and if its a boy maybe its your hair, its always a great point in a boy AND girl to have good hair. Good hair, skin etc makes it very sexy and pleases your crush too. Of course looks arent everything and laughter is a good way to anyones heart! but most importanly… BE YOURSELF! :)

so here’s the problem… there is this great, fun guy and he’s told my friends that he likes me a lot but the problem is he’s my best friend! When i first found out it was a little awkward between us but what he doesnt know is i like him too. He hasnt admitted to me only to my friends because we share the same friends. but hes quite shy in telling how he feels and the only time he has the courage is when hes drunk :S . i dont know if he will ever find the courage to ask me when hes sober! :) and i dont want our friendship to be ruined…..what do i doooooo?

I like the advise you gave me Olga but I don’t really know if I can pretend that I like another other guy ’cause I’m a really shy girl but in exactly 19 days (Aug, 23, 2009) here in my state Slikpnot (the American metal band) is going to perform in the city where my gradparents live & I’m going to the concert along with my two brothers & Ryan (the guy I like) is also going to the concert along with his 2 cousins, his dad & his other friend & the other problem is that how the concert starts at 7 pm my younger brother & Ryan have agreed that we (me & my brothers along with his clan) meet at 3 pm outside of the venue…so should I just follow my brother ’cause he’ll be near Ryan at all times before the concert.
I think I’m going to go crazy ’cause Ryan told me that I am going to be as far as I can from him but I really don’t see the difference ’cause the concert will be full (most likely) it’ll be so loud/dark so he probably won’t see/hear me.
The other problem I have is that Ryan likes the video game Guitar Hero & Rockband (that we now have) & so he might come over this weekend along with his brother & so that means I’m on the vocals & I dont ‘t know if I can sing with Ryan’s presence.

It’s so great you two have so many chances to actually spend time together! Well as far as the concert is concerned, make sure you look stunning – as you guys will be spending some time together before the concert even starts. Try something different – something you never wore before – your new improved look might make him want to be as close as possible to you during the concert :) It will be a great idea to stick around your brother and Ryan, but make sure you are not at their back all the time, as if you were quite independent, mingle, walk around a bit, so that you do not seem too into being with Ryan all the time.
As for the video game, do you think practicing a bit before he comes over could help? If not, you can just pretend you have a sore throat and don’t feel like singing that day, but you’d love to listen to them sing… This should work.
