Its simple though. The smaller your braids, the curlier your hair will end up being. So if you want it to be less wavy, make the braids broader. As for their positions, I would suggest parting your hair they way you normally do and taking each section of your hair starting from one end working up to the back and finishing at the other end. Remember to keep the braids fairly uniform in size so that way it will be symmmetrical and perfect :) Hope that helped! Okay Phil,
