		<description>hey im mariah &amp; ill be turning 15 in 2 months. im a huge sports addict but when the tempertures got higher so did my weight. i usually play every sport i can but this year i skipped volleyball &amp; now im 15 pounds heavier then my normal sports weight which even though im 5&#039;7&quot; is 123 lbs. i swear this is at a healthy exercise rate &amp; i eat healthier then any teen i know. well basketball tryouts are coming up. &amp; fast. their a week away. to make the team i have  to be the definition of athlete. well ive been drinking nothing but water &amp; milk &amp; the occasional juice &amp; i eat really healthy but even with pe i still keep gaining weight. do you have any suggestions on how i can keep my healthy eating habits &amp; still drop back down to my normal sports weight?</description>
