Our website is full of posts that can be helpful to you. Though at 5′7 and 123 lbs, your BMI puts you in the normal category.
Im 19 years old, I have the motivation to go to the gym everyday but i use to not go for some reason I didnt get the chance to. I was usually busy being in college and all. But when I go to the gym I have to push myself to go. When i get there i work so hard i sweat. I have found if i do cardio on the eliptical machine that i lost more weight. im on a healthy diet and that eliptical for an hour is so amazing. I do it 7 days a week now. 7 miles everyday on it. it helps out soo much. The first week that i did 35miles i lost 10 lbs. u just have to work hard to lose weight. im now 234lbs i use to be 250. my goal is to get to around 140. it would be the best shape i have ever been in. I cant wait either. :D
