Remember The Parent Trap and little Lindsay Lohan who looked so full of potential? Remember when we thought she would grow up into an actress who would contribute so much to the world of films? Well, okay, you may not have thought that but I certainly did. There was something about the freckled bubbly actress that just seemed fun to watch. Up until Freaky Friday. So this would be a first of too many Marilyn Monroe-inspired photo shoots.
2. March 2006
This was taken right around the release of her movie with Meryl Streep, The Praire Home Companion. Around this time, her life still seemed like it would follow the right path. Sure she was already a paparazzi favorite for her partying and underage drinking but they only looked like parts of a normal teenager’s life.

Only a few days after claiming that she’s cleaning up her act, she partied.

Poor girl. Someone should have helped her then, huh? At around this time, she had admitted that she has been going to Alcoholics Anonymous for about a year.
5. January 2007
With mom Dina’s help, Lindsay enters rehab. But she did look like she was enjoying it too much and her being famous did not sit well on the other patients.

She sounded and looked normal here. But by this time, she already entered rehab and had photos of her snorting cocaine and doing everything your mom would never imagine. This seemingly perfect girl was just another act for our dear Lindsay, perhaps?

Busted for DUI for the second time. Headed to rehab once again.

Celebrated 23rd year and back with Samantha. Life is good again, yes? Of course, this did not last long.

It really is a shame where her life has gone…how cute is she in the top photo from “The Parent Trap”, my stepdaughters to be love that movie! She looks freaky in the Oct. 2009 photos…what is up with her forehead?! But who knows…Drew Barrymore went through the same thing and look how fab she is now! PS Lindsay’s dad is an a**!
I never liked her…..she had it all and she just messed up her life. I don’t know how can people be so rich and waste their life or drugs and all this stuff

I’m so glad you did a post on this because I had been thinking the exact same thing. I’ve never been a fan of hers at all, but I feel really bad for her since it doesn’t seem like she has any good influences around her (her parents including!).

On one hand I feel sorry for her but sometimes I think she’s the only one to blame for where her life is headed. Well what else can you do but hope that she gets some sense soon.

Such a shame for that girl in Parent Trap, who is now ire cognizable.
I think she’s too much far now to reach out to her. Her parents are at fault too. Her much is worst than her and her Dad is trying to reach her trough media to become famous himself!
With a family like that no wonder Lohan is ending up worst each day. Although with her famousness and money she can make something out of herself if she really wants to!
