i don’t really like miley either. i think vannessa and zac should be up at the top too. miley is turning into a b#%$% but vannessa has been improving a lot. she has really been cleaning up her act, and as for miley she needs to clean up her act.

I think that Miley does deserve number one as much as i don’t like her. But i also think that Dakota Fanning needs to be atleast in the top 3 are you kidding me she’s one of the greates actress ever!! she is amazing and deserves a way better place.
