Stonyfield yogurt does taste great. Checkout my post

http://suburbangrandma.com/recipes/stonyfield-organic-yogurt-review/

and you will see that Stonlyfield's low fat organic yogurt is so much healthier for you, than other non organic brands. I was surprised myself to see the comparison of calories and other details in the nutrition facts.

I add cooked oatmeal to my smoothie, plus some ground flax....it really holds me over all the way until lunch.

Over the years I learned that breakfast is the BEST way to kick off a good day-however, eating unhealthy breakfast would be counterproductive towards starting off sharp. That's why I fell in love with Eggology and especially their On-the-Go snacks. (www.eggology.com)

Not only do I feel healthy by eating this instead of my bagel with Nutella, I also find that my body functions a lot better when it's been fed 100% organic/natural products. Try it and I hope you become as big of a fan as I have become! - LTWM

These ideas are great! If you need some quick and healthy breakfast fixes, did you know Van's has introduced new all-natural Pancakes and French Toast Sticks ready in the toaster? They've also got a wide variety of frozen waffles to choose from - wheat free varieties, mini sized waffles rich in calcium for kids, Multigrain waffles or a 97% fat free option. Check it out at www.vansfoods.com.

Or, keep in mind Eggology's new organic Hardboiled Eggs or their On-the-Go Egg Whites - organic scrambled egg whites ready in 95 seconds in the microwave.

Barbara's Bakery also has a great selection of natural and organic cereals. I bet you would enjoy the Weetabix biscuit. In addition to being an excellent source of fiber and whole grains (16 grams per serving), low in fat, certified organic and providing more than 8 important vitamins and minerals – it’s a breakfast platform just asking for creative toppings.

Here's to breakfast! -Shaina with the team at Van's, Eggology and Barbara's :)

Olga.... What is non-organic oatmeal? Does that include a fine medley of rocks?

I can't bring myself to buy anything that is labeled "organic". It just seems so counter-productive to me. I like my milk full of bovine growth hormones, my beef from super muscular cloned cows and my vegatables covered in hyper growth anti bug formulas. Better living through chemicals.

I can't live without my organic oatmeal for breakfast.

I'd add some nuts, some honey, and half an apple cut into little pieces - and I swear, guys, it tastes like heaven!

Yum....these pancaked look delish! My family likes my homemade pancakes over the packaged ones, and I add sliced apples to the batter.

You are correct, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, to give you some fuel to run on for the day.

I usually eat Special K with the strawberries...its only 110 calories and I think it's helped me a lot of coarse Ive been exercising and eating snacks like 100 calorie Quaker Oat granola bars as well. But instead of eating something bad at night when I get that midnight snack craving I just have a bowl of Special K. No more 230 calorie snacks or breakfast foods for this soon to be bride!!
