I like the tip on reading a dirty story. I make up the story as I go along and I have found that including all the senses makes the imagery more vivid. So I talk about smells, sounds, touch etc.
An example
Imagine you are at the beach, naked. Feel the sand moulding to your body, hear the sounds of the surf and smell the salt in the air.
