I cut out all artificially enhanced foods. I worked out everyday and walked at least 10 miles a day. I did all of this for 15 months and saw no results the fact that I’m a type 2 diabetic proved to be the biggest problem.

I managed to lose 30lbs. Also, if you have time, try doing 30 mins of cardio in the morning. That’s the fastest way to burn fat :). Good luck to you!

And this isnt to you personally, just to everyone in general. Trust me, I started off 4’11 and 160 pounds. I was fine with my weight, until I realized how sluggish I was. I didnt want to be lazy and feel like I didnt have the energy to do anything. Most people who are serious about losing weight and being healthy do it for themselves.

The weight started falling off without exercise. I never realized how many foods have sugar in them and because of this woman, now I do. I would say the best way to lose weight, is to educate yourself. The world is full of tricks now days and just because it sounds healthy (or even says it is healthy) doesn’t mean that it is.
