you are right. if you want a flat belly don’t have children. I know that’s not what you meant. But it’s a fact, if you have children you can kiss your body goodbye.

Sounds like someone is a bit jealous/annoyed. Most of them probably made the conscious choice not to have kids (yet) since they deem(ed) other things important at that point in their life. Want a body
like that? AND kids? At the SAME time? Sure, that’ll be a walk in the park. You (probably) chose kids. Great. Now please accept the general consequences as well.

My sister in law had a child and within 5 month her body went back to amazing shape. Having kids does not mean you will lose your body.

My friend is twice my age and has two children… she has a WAY flatter stomach than me. So children isn’t an excuse. She went on a high protein /lower carb diet, and
worked her tail off in the gym… and still does. Excuses are just a way to ease the pain in case of failure. I say NO EXCUSES ! I have decided if she can do it… then I DEFINATELY dont have ANY excuses. Im healthy in my 20′s and have no children.

Depends on what your priorities are…. What do you put first? You have 24 hours in a day…. how bad do you want that TV on? Some of my friends absolutely CANNOT miss
that next episode of ___ and __…. I’m sure you get the point. Plus, there are many opportunities for you to engage with your children AND get healthy/in-shape. I see youtube videos all the time of mothers doing p90x with their babies/toddlers right next to them….they pause it often but get right back on it! Some kids join along (I’m sure they sleep better than the ones sitting 6″ from the television screen absorbing our media and have God knows what kind of nightmares haha)

I am sure many of them have had children. Having children is not an excuse. I am in my upper 30′s with three children, have a full-time job, and still make time to exercise (yoga/aerobic).
I am a size zero and in the best shape of my life. Oh yeah, and I eat/drink too! (gasp!) Anything is attainable if you put your mind to it. Stop with the jealousy/snarky comments and go out and do something about it. Your body will thank you.

you shouldnt care if they had children or not. stop holding grudges on if it was easy for them to get abs its hard for everyone it takes work. lots of work. they did it
you can do it. plus u want those abs like them so why harp on them. you might find that when you get them you would like to pose and inspire women to get fit, it would hurt your feeling to read about someone asking u if you had kids and u just grew them effortlessly. wish the best luck for you and your goal.

nice way to make people feel bad. I had triplets, and my abdominal muscles separated during my 36 week pregnancy. the only way to fix it is surgically, and that isn’t happening because it’s
deemed cosmetic. I am stuck with a flabby stomach that a million crunches won’t fix.

i don’t think that’s true at all! when you want something, you have to really want it…..some people have a drive for fitness and stuff, and some people don’t its their choice.
