@Ano, i would rather see someone fit and toned than seeing someone who is overweight in one of these shots. i see myself in the mirror everyday and just keep putting one foot in front ...See more of the other and try to get the weight off. to me it is motivational to have a good looking women to have a goal to look like. doesnt mean you will be it is a useable goal.

Mostly just concerned for young women wasting their lives on dieting and risking their lives. It happens whether we as a nation want to admit it or not. blaming fat is not going to get us healthier.
Using “real people” instead of skinny, fit models, would have came over better. I know all of that and more! It’s an article OK.
