And ...See more #17 “get your cardio going” could show a picture of someone actually doing cardio instead of lowering her bikini. Also, #20 could actually show a picture of what portion control means. The discrepancy is sort of a turn-off from the actual content, which is unfortunate since I think the content is actually nicely written. I understand posting pictures of great bodies can be inspiring, but I think it would be even more inspiring if the pictures matched the words for each tip.

I feel the author has used instruction and inspiration appropriately for this article.
