Hey! Another great tip is not to look at the scale! I’m 5’9″ and I weigh a little under 140 lbs im a dancer and completely healthy but I used to have a bad body ...See more image because I thought that number was too high. Remember muscle weighs more than fat! :)

@nicole, have you checked your thyroid? or switched up your routine…i know when my thyroids down i won’t gain anything but i can’t lose it but when i take my thyroid activator it comes off ...See more fast i’m just horrible with taking things…as for the routine…i walk miles every day but it has no effect on me…i think because my bodies used to that routine so i’m doing things different and seeing results that i didn’t think i would ever see…some times it’s really simple things that need tweaked…anyways…i wish you the best of luck on it…keep it up
Shaina :
@nicole, You stopped losing b/c you do the same thing you have to change thing up n add more time to your work if needed. When I get bored I get a new workout video. ...See more It keeps me into it. Just a little advice. Dont give up your doing great!! And if you cheat dont feel bad just add more to work the next day. Good luck girl!!

@nicole, I think no matter what, remember you are so beautiful and you are so strong. Also, remember more than anything, your weight depends on what you eat and how much. No matter what! You ...See more got this girl. At 16, you give yourself one year, take one day at a time, and eat clean. Do not give into the dark side that cheats are okay, take one day and feed yourself clean foods (look it up if you have to). No soda, not even diet. Do this for one year and you will see your body is made from the kitchen not the gym.
Move more, walk more, but feed yourself right. You are AMAZING! Keep going!!! 50 lbs is to be so proud of. You don’t need luck, you keep your faith, but more importantly keep consistent at everything you do and eat. Measure food, drink a ton of water. WE ARE ALL BUILT DIFFERENTLY, your health is of the utmost importance. Stay true to yourself, don’t give in to the dark thoughts that want you to stray away from what is good for you! Eat Clean! HUGS!!!

@nicole, The reason why you have stopped losing weight is because your body has hit a block. It happens all the time in many different ways. For example, a runner can run a certain distance ...See more at a certain speed. After a while, they hit a Runners Block where they can’t breathe, hardly move and feel like they will collapse at any minute. But they keep running and power through it. Eventually they break free of the Runners Block and are able to run with more ease. Your body has lost all the weight that it could remove easily. Whats left over is fat that has thickened and is more solid, and therefor harder to remove. You’ve hit a block But dont worry, you can do it! Keep running and power through it. Rev up the intensity of your exercise just a little and keep up your daily routines and healthy eating. Eventually you will break free too :)
Njei :
@nicole, I’m 270 pounds and I’m also 16 be happy that you even lost the first 50 I’ve been depressed for the last 2 years and its just here now and idk how to change it
TW :
@nicole, Good job losing 50 lbs, wow! Yes, you can loose the rest.
You might want to try eating as vegan as possible. Dairy, eggs and meat contain most fat. Do some researches on ...See more what to eat instead of these products so you will stay healthy.
You should also give skipping sugar a try, it really doesn’t do you anything good. Look it up on the internet, sugar causes way to many health issues, you didn’t even think about.
And add some exercise to your daily life. If you’re a lazy person that hates workouts, like me, you should consider something you enjoy doing, like dancing, -and yes- swimming. It’s okay to wear a bathingsuit for your swimming routines. Nobody will look at you, they probably won’t even see your body since your in the water. (I recommend 3 times a week, like I will, I’ve been scouted by a big international modeling agency and need to look as toned as possible.)
I really reall hope this makes sence to you, good luck! XXX

@nicole, I know it’s sounds stupid but I see that as the ‘easy fat’ and at this point you’re looking at doing toning. which means a lot of core then cardio. Yes you still want ...See more to do cardio however it’s not going to be easy! But I don’t know you, but I believe in you! and remember you’re beautiful not matter what, and no one said you have to be a skinny minny to be in a bikini! as long as you’re happy with your self, nothing else matters!
Moriah :
@nicole, Often when you are trying to lose weight, there comes a point where you hit “the tabletop,” where your body doesn’t seem to be responding to anything that was effective before and you stay ...See more the same weight no matter how hard you work. I don’t know much beyond that, but do some research to see how to beat it! Good for you for trying to change your lifestyle! Remember that it’s about being healthy, not about obtaining a dress size, and remember that you’re beautiful no matter what weight you are! God bless! :)
Emily :
@nicole, Hi, your problem is really typical. It’s a lot easier to lose weight when you’re heavier, but as you get down to those last few pounds, you begin to plateau. Make sure ...See more you’re intensifying your workouts each time and sticking to your dieting!
Cate :
@nicole, Good luck sweetie! I know image is everything 16 but you dont need to be a size zero, 150 is a healthy weight just remember to be heathly and happy and live life!
Hannah Galbreth :
@nicole, Ok. So here’s the thing. You’re on a “plateau” as I call it. I had the same deal going on so you’re not alone. Take a week off of exercise, than go back on ...See more it the next week. Works for me:) Keep being awesome!
Marissa :
