Like someone said above, drop the fried chicken (and the excuses) and take a lap or two around your couches.

I’ve been struggleing with my weight my whole life. Within the past 2 years I’ve lost approximately ... See more 50lb. Yes, i was over 200. But now I just can’t loose the rest. It’s like my body just stopped.. Ive been doing all the same things I have in the past. Im just so done being the big girl. It’s hurts my heart and head every second of every day.. I hope with all i have that this works for me. I’ll keep updating my progress. My goal is a bikini. I’ve never worn one. Thank you, and wish me luck. I wish all of you the best.

You can (usually) achieve a toned stomach by eating clean or healthy and by working out. It takes time, but it’s not as impossible as people make it out to be.
I think the idea was to encourage women not give them false hopes or make them think they need to look like this to fit in. But I guess I see your point. Sorry about that.
