Dear Pregger, I don't know how this works, but tea bags do help my dark circles and puffiness. The trick is to leave them on for the whole 10-15 minutes and I usually put them on when the tea bags are slightly warm. It feels nice too! :) Just make sure they are not too wet, as in this case your hair and your pillow case will get all stained...

is there a specific type of tea bag i should use ( i.e green tea, cinnamon tea bags...) Do the cucumbers actually work?

I never done cool t-bag on my eyes before, how would it help ??

Awesome i was unaware that tea bags do so good , if they decolorize tanning they might work on other parts of body too.

I believe these tips work for me but I wonder what are percents of sodium I can eat per day?
