Most of this advice is a general guide to leading a healthy life and looking after our bodies. Dark circles are commonly caused by our lifestyle or neglecting our diet, however there is also a chance it could be hereditary.

If you have been following a healthy life regime but have had little success in reducing the darkness, you could make an appointment with a doctor to check if this condition runs in your family. If this is the case, you can still take measures to keep your dark circles minimal but unfortunately you might not see dramatic improvement.
