					<description>Number 10 is flat out wrong. In the summer, your body is constantly working to keep cool(increased blood flow = more vented heat). The hotter it is, the harder your body works. This applies whether you are resting or seriously working out. The cooler the environment, the less your body has to work to vent heat. Turning on the AC in summer makes you burn LESS calories. Unless you are at the point of shivering(which is the point when your body actually starts working hard to stay warm), your body is always working to vent heat, not retain it.</description>
