Park your car a few blocks apart from the place you are going to and take to brisk walk to your office, grocery store, or a shopping mall. Intend to walk at least 30 minutes every day. At work, use some time during your lunch break to take a refreshing walk in a nearby park. If the weather is cold, you still can walk in your favourite mall.

In the office, get out of your comfortable chair and go visit your colleagues from a different department instead of messaging or phoning them. If you need to go to a washroom, choose the one located on the top floor and WALK there.
