There’s this boy who I have known for seven years, and we’re really good friends (like, he’s one of my best friends), and recently we’ve just moved up to Year Seven. I REALLY like him, ...See more and whenever I’m around him I’m SO happy, I just love every moment, and I get butterfly’s when I even think about meeting up with him. We hang out lots, and go to the park after school often with friends, and today he invited me to a shopping centre with two other people, and we had SO MUCH FUN! :D I really wanna ask him out… But I guess it’s fear of rejection, or that he will avoid me if he says no. Also, last week, my friend decided that I needed a boyfriend and tried to hook me up with him behind my back! After talking to him, she told me that he liked me and might ask me out soon, but he’s not the kind of guy to ask someone, as he’s quite shy when it comes to that sort of thing, although it’s not like he’s been avoiding me since, which is good. Another thing my friend said was that he would say yes if I asked him out, but I’m a bit wary in case she made it up to make me happy, although she seemed quite serious. So I wanna ask him out, but where, and how? Also keep in mind that I’m not REALLY out going, so I might find some hard, due to the fact that I might feel shy. Also, we have loads in common, we always understand each other and never have a boring conversation. Oh! Forgot to mention, I know he’s single, so that’s always a good thing, right? :)

He asked me to town today with 4 others, but it was basically just me and him most of the time. :D We’re together alone a lot, but it’s not going out with each other. We text a lot, and today he said he I was one of his best friends when I was walking home with him.
One of our friends has a pool, and we also went to that today, and we had to much fun! We basically just messed. XP

Welcome to AWS! Well it sounds like he does like you and if your friend was serious about it (confirm with her once again) and you want to go out with and if ... See more the only way to do that is by you asking him out, do it! =D
