This is great information to know! I love drinking water and had no idea how much it actually does for the body! In a typical 8 hour work day I find myself drinking 3750ml of water and then I drink about 1500ml in the evening. I just do this out of habit but it’s great to know that a lot of water can do so much good!

And my skin seems to get better day by day!
Great article! Drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day is essential. Skip diet pop and juice! Just plain water is what our bodies need most of all. It helps in so many ways. For one thing, did you know you will speak better if you drink enough water? The reason is that you will have less phlegm in your throat if you consistently drink enough water. Less phlegm makes it easier to talk.

You HAVE to drink plenty of water! Give yourself a target….say 4-5 glasses a day and stick to it! Good luck :)
