		<description>Walking is the BEST because anyone of any exercise level can do it without injury. I started walking 10 years ago everyday and now I do a 1/2 walk and 1/2 run with my dog and it works GREAT.</description>

As far as the exercises concern, I&#039;d start with simple crunches  - 3 sets of 20 a day should be enough to speed up the process.  Your body also might need some time to get back to normal, so, please don&#039;t be too hard on yourself.  For the butt and the arms you might also want to do some basic exercises every other day - just pick the exercises that won&#039;t take up too much time - there are plenty great routines at www.shape.com.  Pick the exercises you like, otherwise it&#039;ll be hard for you to do them regularly.  

Also, jogging with the baby stroller could be a great workout - it&#039;ll tone all your muscles all at once.  I see a lot of parents doing it and it looks like fun as you don&#039;t have to leave your precious little baby at home :)
