cut out all soda, only drink water. Eat 5 small portioned meals but not after 6pm. Its hard to stay on track with it all but it will help. Try and do a much cardio ...See more as possible. Like riding a bike as much as you can during the week. Do NOT eat any fast food.

My mom and I watch the Dancing To the Oldies by Richard simmons every other day and even Seventeen magazine ...See more has a fitness section that will give you fun exercises to do :) I don’t think you should go on a serious diet or anything like that. I am 16 and I just want to be healthy. So, instead of an oreo I will eat Wheat Thins. Oh and don’t stop eating your favorite yummy foods, just eat a small amount. You could even have a goal to work for each week. Like every Saturday I pig out on Wendy’s because I ,3 them!1 It gives me something to look forward too and knowing that I will go there at the end of the week I work harder for it :) Just don’t beat yourself up on how you look. I have seen so many plus size females that are so beautiful. Just please have fun with your exercises.

@helpme, eat your dinner bfr 8 with any fibrous food like banana or papaya…if u take to much on your breakfast don’t take your lunch..make sure you eat your breakfast before 8 in the morning

@helpme, once you already lost your weight then you want to maintain..exercise 3 times a week like light stretching so you wont get injured then do some sit up and dance along the aerobic steps ...See more from youtube…eat 3 times a day,if you’re going to take oil..just take one spoon of oil per day..don’t eat anything sweet except fruits..if you drink anything that contain sugar then you need to drink plain water….don’t take salts …don’t drink beer or wine…dont eat pork…don’t eat after 8 pm and don’t take supper…

@helpme, Eat clean I use Tosca Reno eat clean diet and I swear by it. she’s a great inspiration. Her book will help no matter where you are in your journey. I hope that helps

@helpme, make sure that you eat alot of vegies. i have dropped 20pounds in 2 months by eating well (not less, just more fruits, vegies and cut out junk) and doing light exercises like jumprope ...See more and walking. the things you eat should be your #1 concern
