@Alyssa, you are not eatting enough. You sound very active and u are actually starving your body, try eatting 1500 calories of healthy food and see what happens…if you are not feeding your body ...See more what it needs it will go into servival mode and you will not be able to loose fat. Our bodies are ment to survive in famine and thats what you are putting your body though.

@Alyssa, Try eating more. Small snacks every 2 hours. Nuts and yogurt. Granola bars. Small portioned meals. You dont need to cut back on your eating, just eat healthy, evenly distributed throughout the day without ...See more binge eating. Binge eating is the worst.
