10. Horse Riding

This one may be slightly harder to arrange, but going horse riding once a week is one of the best ways to stay fit, healthy and enjoy nature. The view from up there is so amazing, you won’t notice that you’re toning your butt, abs and thighs, and burning calories while you’re at it! Im 16 i am happy ... See more with my weight, it doesn’t bother me, my fitness on the hand is terrible, so was looking for an exercise that doesn’t included the gym because as i said 16 means funds are lacking…and i find this ?

Here is a sweet sisterly advice. Replace table sugar or any mixed sugar with HONEY ... See more ;) It’s a natural substance and surely provides our bodies with much more than the hollow calories of sugar, corn syrup and other processed sweeteners.
Try some fruits and green smoothies with honey. AVOID DAIRY! Do it all raw ;)
Here is one of my fave recipe: Broccoli, cucumber, watermelon, honey, banana, blueberries, virgin coconut oil, raw nuts, spirulina powder (you can experiment) then just blend everything ;)

I am trying to loose weight from a very long time but could not reduce. My thyroid level was very low but still trying hard. I dont know what to do .. PLease help
Has your doctor suggested any form of treatment for your thyroid problem? Maybe when you fix your hypothyroidism, your metabolism will improve.

The reason it works so good is because you follow a custom plan for your height/weight, so you end up losing weight much faster than normal
But I’m not sure if it’s something a 13 year old should try.

You don’t stop eating right and exercising as soon as you get to your goal weight. If you go back to your old habits, you will surely gain back the weight.
