10 Tips on How to Cure Hair Loss…

Your hair enhances your personality and reflects the health of your body. In order to have a healthy scalp and hair, you need to give it the right attention. If you neglect it for too long, it could get split-ends and turn brittle. It could also cause you to have dandruff. If you do not take precautions, you could experience hair loss. In ninety five percent of cases, hair loss is genetic. However, there are many factors, such as vitamin and hormonal deficiencies, diet and general health that can cause hair loss. Also, emotional stress and hair coloring can cause the hair to thin out. Below, I am going to give you 10 tips on how to cure or prevent hair loss.

10. Your Diet.

If you are looking to have a head full of hair, then I recommend paying attention to your diet. It is important to have a diet that includes vitamins and minerals. You should consume leafy vegetables, raw oats, whole grain cereals, dates, raisins and eggs.

9. Washing Routine.

How frequently you wash your hair all depends on the type of hair you have. If you have oily hair, then you need to wash it regularly. If you have dry hair, then you should wash it two times a week. When you wash your hair, you should never use water that is too hot or too cold. Always use your fingertips and not your nails as you are washing your hair.

8.Combing Your Hair Properly.

When you comb your hair, you should use a wide-tooth comb and comb in a downward direction. Never use a brush on wet hair!

7. Drying Your Hair.

If it is possible, then you should let your hair dry naturally. You should avoid using the blow dryer as much as possible.

6. The Conditioner You Use.

When going to the pool or the beach, you should use a conditioner that is effective as it protects your hair from the sea-water, sun and chlorine. When in the sun, I recommend you wearing a protective hat.

    Mr. Man,
If you’re really on this website to judge how girls look that’s very shallow. I mean you’re judging her, you’re on a website for girls. Get a life?

Anyways, great post!! I have a friend that used to dye her hair like crazy!! like every 2 weeks, i told her it was HORRIBLE for her hair. She finally decided to dye it to her natural color and keep it like that. After she did so, her hair started falling out. No lie. Not all of it, but huge chunks in the back. She was devastated, as i’m sure all girls would be.

    Hey Xannyyy,
I do love long hair but I think I’d have a tough time maintaining it. You have gorgeous hair. Why would you need extensions??
