		<description>Junk food (which means, soft drinks, most juices, chips, dressings...), sugar, sodium, limiting carbs and slashing calories in general is the way to go in terms of dieting. A 1 1/2 to 2 hrs a day workout, combining weights and cardio 5 days a week in your zones (ask the gym trainer to do the chart for you, or google it) is the way to go in terms of workouts. Results will vary in each person, but you can drop easily between 2 and 3 pounds a week.</description>
