10 Signs You Will Lose Weight Fast …

6. Do my every day clothes get more loose?

If I can fit into my size 6 shorts, I know I am near the end!! For some people, though, its better the other way round. If your jeans feel loose, you know you are shedding the pounds!

7. Do I feel proud?

One of the most common thing mentioned in diet clubs is how proud people feel when they realize they are losing weight. If you’ve started to feel proud with how you’ve turned your life around, you are probably making a big difference!

8. Is my body healthier?

I regularly have my cholesterol and glucose levels checked, and my pulse taken. If these results are getting better, you know you have truly made an amazing difference to your body.

9. Am I seeing a difference?

Can you see an obvious difference, or do you measure less then you used too? Physically losing inches is hard proof of how well you’ve done!

10. Am I happy?

It’s important to keep asking yourself if you are happy, so that you don’t diet past your perfect weight!  Once you feel that the diet is making you unhappy, it’s probably time to rethink the whole plan.

If you have more than 5 A-s (or yes answers) than you are on a quick track to the new slimmer you!  And the higher your score is (10 A-s being the top), the faster you are likely to achieve your weight loss goal.  Good job! :)

5 A-s:

If you scored 5 A-s, this means you are losing weight, but probably not as fast as you could.  

Below 5 A-s:

And if your score is smaller than 5 A-s, then you might want to push harder to shed off those few pounds if you want to lose them any time soon.

    I found that losing weight is not that hard as anyone would think. It sure takes commitment and following a simple plan but the key element is persistance.

    You need to monitor the calories, lose the junk food, sodas, sweets and do some physical exercises. I myself love dancing. And remember to use a fat burner to accelerate the fat metabolism.

    Junk food (which means, soft drinks, most juices, chips, dressings…), sugar, sodium, limiting carbs and slashing calories in general is the way to go in terms of dieting. A 1 1/2 to 2 hrs a day workout, combining weights and cardio 5 days a week in your zones (ask the gym trainer to do the chart for you, or google it) is the way to go in terms of workouts. Results will vary in each person, but you can drop easily between 2 and 3 pounds a week.
