1. Amadeus

I loved Tom Hulce’s portrayal of Mozart so much. I admit it, I thought he was hot. I cry a lot through this movie, primarily when many of his most famous pieces are played. And the end gets me every time. It’s weird, it’s like after watching the movie, I think it’s unfair that Mozart died in the first place.

2. Mr. Holland’s Opus

I’m a puddle all through this movie. Having been a band geek from sixth grade to my senior year, I had music teachers who inspired this kind of love and respect. I would have traded all of them in for one semester with Mr. Holland, but then, I have a thing for Richard Dreyfuss.

3. Boys Don’t Cry

This movie touched me deeply. I love it, but I’ve only seen it once — basically because it rips my heart to pieces when I do watch it. I can watch bits and pieces, but can rarely sit through the most profound parts.
