30. A Christmas Story

OK, sure, we all see this movie at least once in the weeks that precede Christmas. Nonetheless, it is still worthy of being placed in the top 50 list. Actually, considering the movie is still enjoying 24 hour marathons at Christmastime, it certainly must deserve recognition!
29. Happy Gilmore

Adam Sandler goes from a hockey playing wannabe to a golf star in this somehow heartwarming comedy.
28. Spaceballs

This classic Mel Brooks’ film is a spoof on the popular Star Wars movies. Even if you haven’t seen the Star Wars movies (and who hasn’t?), you will still appreciate this movie.
27. Rush Hour

All of the movies in the Rush Hour series are great fun to watch, as they combine action with comedy in often unpredictable ways. The charm of Jackie Chan combined with the great comedic timing of Chris Tucker help make all of the Rush Hour films so funny.

Bean’s Holiday and Miss Congeniality are my fave.
I will use this list, definitely
I’m happy to see that you have all my favourite comedies on this list….from the classics (Police Academy,Bad Boys, Roxanne)…to the new age comedies(Ice Age). But I’m VERY disappointed that you don’t have MADAGASCAR….it’s one of the funniest movies ever made!!!
Nice List!
I like that you included a lot of Mel Brooks films, but my favorites from him are not on there. “Young Frankenstein,” and “Robin Hood: Men in Tights,” I’d also add “Mrs. Doubtfire,” and possibly , “Rat Race.” Thanks for giving Monty Python due credit as well.
Happy to see Superbad on this list!! I am McLovin’!!
You have to add some ben stiller movie’s in there like meet the parents, meet the fockers, heartbreak kid & much more.
What about Young Frankenstein, American Graffiti, Mrs. Doubtfire, It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World, My Big Fat Greek Wedding?
Oh My Big Fat Greek Wedding was hilarious! :D
2 words.. wedding + crashers.
I agree, Zac. Any comedy with Owen is funny.
Lost some credibility with the Wild Hogs pick.
