10 Most Common Sexual Problems ...

By Jennifer

Chances are at one point or another, you’ve had an uh-oh moment in bed. Something’s not quite right, or just plain wrong. Here are the most common sexual problems, and what you can do about them…

1

Dryness

Vaginal dryness is probably the most common sexual problem women experience. Depending on where a woman is in her menstrual cycle, her natural vaginal lubricant may be depleted, so try a synthetic, like KY, instead.

2

Oops! Too Soon!

It can be frustrating when your guy reaches his “big moment” before you’re ready… maybe even before the actual sex has begun! My advice? Wait for half an hour and try again! Chances are he’ll last a lot longer for round two.

3

Hmm…

Why do you think there are so many prescription (and over-the-counter) drugs for helping men have an erection? Because it is so common, and so frustrating! Some erectile problems are caused by medical conditions, but some are also caused by too much alcohol, or stress.

4

Where’s My O?

Some women have difficulty reaching an orgasm. How horrible! Some problems may be caused by medical conditions, but most are caused simply by the pressure or stress of TRYING to reach orgasm.

5

The Wet Spot

Who wants to lay in that cold wet spot on the sheets after sex? It’s not sexy or romantic, so keep a small soft towel handy for after sex… this towel can also be a humorous signal that you’re in the mood — leave the towel on the bed at bedtime, to let your guy know without saying a word.

Tick-tock!

We’re all so short of time these days that it might be difficult to find time for sex. What?!? Trust me, there will be plenty of time for sleep later in life. If I ever have the choice between sleep and sex, I am definitely going to choose the sex!

7

Ho-hum…

If you and your guy have been together for a long time, the sex may be getting boring… if you’re stuck in a rut, spice things up a bit with some new lingerie, or trying something new. He’ll be surprised and eager to please!

8

Ouchie!

It’s actually possible to injure your fella’s delicate boy parts if you’re having too much sex, or sex without proper lubrication, or even by having sex that’s too rough. He can get abrasions and even “sprain” his manly bits!

9

Not Tonight, Dear…

This is probably the oldest excuse in the book! “Not tonight dear, I have a headache.” If you’re not in the mood once in a while, that’s normal. But if you’re NEVER feeling frisky, something may be wrong, either physically or with the relationship.

10

Stress!

Stress can cause all sorts of problems, including lack of sex drive, or, worse, not being able to reach and orgasm for you, or get an erection, for him. So try to keep the stress out of the bedroom… no arguing, no serious discussions about work or family…

I’m sure there are more problems, but these are the most common. It’s interesting that most of them are in your head, and have nothing to do with your boy or girlie parts. What problems have you encountered, and what have you done to solve them? Please let me know… thanks!
