10 Least Expensive Spa Treatments You’ve Got to Try …

Just because there’s a credit crunch doesn’t mean we should miss out on getting ready for Summer!  So, let’s grab some friends, pick a spa and go for one of these beautifying, but affordable, treatments!

1. Hammam Rasul …

This one involves sitting in a steam chamber covered in three different types of mud, for the face and body. The mud cleanses and smoothes skin, causing a radiant glow, and the experience ends with a tropical rain shower.   The other great news is that 4 people can share – so you just need to pick which girlfriends you’d like to share these out of this world experience.  And the cost starts at $50 for 45 minutes.  Quite a bargain, huh?

2. Exfoliating Salt Scrub …

A professional salt scrub, this leaves skin feeling hydrated, nourished and silky smooth. It also encourages a healthy glow.  And it’s such a must if you are going for a beach vacation!  I had this done to me last year before we went to the seaside for a week and my tan has never been more even and beautiful!

3. Body Polish …

Starts with a full body exfoliation and ending with a cleansing soap massage, this costs around $50 (and up for upscale Spas), but will leave you feeling like a new woman.  I performed something of this kind at home, but it’s hardly ever the same when you do it yourself …

4. Calming Dry Floatation …

A completely relaxing experience, you will lie floating on warm water while remaining completely dry. The aromatherapy oils and calming music create an atmosphere that will truly calm and tantalize your senses.  This heavenly procedure is supposed to start at $45 and up.  It does sound wonderful, doesn’t it?

5. Collagen Eye Treatment …

A facial massage that concentrates on hydrating the eyes and massaging away signs of aging.   It costs around $50 for an hour and up.  I haven’t tried it yet, but I heard a 30 year old girl raving about it on her phone.

I used to treat myself to a facial and a great massage afterwards every 3 weeks… Gosh, I miss those good times!
